I just found these guys. What eloquent, knowledgeable and entertaining hosts they are. Fantastic interviewers and so insightful. Put the pros to shame! In particular, Harper. Shaking my middle-aged head in awe regarding his astounding footy understanding. Well done SYN for having such talent. Keep them in the team for as long as you can! They’ll go far.

Came across it a few weeks ago on SYN FM; I’ve become a radio person in the last few months. and for some reason, despite having no knowledge of or interest in footy, I found I didn’t want to turn it off. Before I knew it I was getting invested and looking up what you were talking about like I was trying to crack a code. I felt like Indiana Jones trying to work out things like “Snapper’s blowing up Dwayne’s phone again.” Was just starting to get a hang of it and thought I might finally be becoming a footy person. When Carlton lost again I thought “Can’t wait to hear what the boys have to say about this.” And now you’re ending lol, which I guess really fits the “chatting through pre-season” vibe of the show

I think what really made this attractive as a listen to me is the dynamic between the two of you as hosts, it’s very natural and funny and you’re very good at it. I’ve also caught an episode of Get Cereal recently and intend to become a regular there too.
