G’day! My name’s Harper…

…and I’m a writer, broadcaster and musician.

Since my first media roles at 16, I’ve worked in TV and radio at the ABC, led teams in creating more than 200 podcasts and radio broadcasts, and excelled through RMIT’s Australia-leading journalism bachelor.

All of my personal work is here on the website, and has of course been shaped by other life interests.

Within 15 months of travel up to February 2024, among too many other adventures, I worked on international investigations during a semester in Denmark, took in countless characters as I hitch-hiked through to Turkey and, much via music, taught English in a remote village in Nepal.

After months of practice, the time came for the village Hokey Pokey performance…

Now back in Melbourne, I’ve been able to dedicate myself to creating unique media in my current roles at Tennis Australia and as an executive radio producer at SYN.

Here on the website are testimonials from a few industry colleagues and listeners. To keep further abreast of my working life and see the full depth of my experience, consider visiting my LinkedIn – a page I always keep updated.
